Charlotte and I took the month of February off from... well, nearly everything that's bad for you. We cut out sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and just to be safe we stuck to a vegetarian diet. All that and we took CleanseSMART to cleanse our bodies of any impurities. It may all sound a bit drastic, but we've been talking about leading a healthy lifestyle for a while and figured it would be easier to stick to after a period of dietetic austerity.
Now that it's over, we have stayed with that healthier diet. We've learned to cook with tofu a bit, and have enjoyed that. We both stepped up our exercise routines, so that's good. I'm waiting for an irresistable urge to go on a red meat, beer, and chocolate chip cookies bender to set in, but so far so good.
